To Chase

Part 2 of the "To" series I do not like to chase but prefer to be chased. Maybe it was a few rotten experiences but I seriously do not believe in chasing ass. If someone does not show some initial interest then there is NO WAY I am going to go out and try to "get with them". On top of that, I'm just bad at chasing ass and it is probably the quickest way for me to look like a jackass besides writing this crap. I only bring this "to chase" issue up due to one of my friend's sudden interest in my love life. She keeps trying to get me to go out with this guy that she knows from work but I have met this guy several times and he does not even give me a hug when he sees me. On top of that, he does not make the slightest effort to sit next to me when we are all out together. Also, he has not attemped to make plans with me outside of our common social circle. She claims that he is all about me but I think that is highly unlikely due to his total lack of positive body language. I must say that my interest in someone (which depends on many factors) is a two way street. If someone is down and they don't act like a totally desperate horn dog then more than likely I will give them a chance. BUT You have to know when the bullshit is boiling in the pot though because sometimes people think they have a better chance if they pretend they are really into you even if they are not. Don't be fooled just call them out on it and move on. We all know when someone is being genuine and as long as we keep that in mind then any behavior could be considered acceptable (except me chasing ass).
